Wuxi High-Mountain Technology is proud to announce that Lu (simplified from “Lü”) has officially been promoted to full-time Finance Cashier, one month ahead of schedule. Her outstanding performance, accuracy in daily operations, and proactive approach have earned her early recognition and full membership in the Finance Department.
Originally set for a three-month probation, Lu completed all core benchmarks within two months. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and high adaptability, making her a valued team member from the start.
Her performance highlights include executing daily fund transactions with 100 percent accuracy, quickly mastering internal financial systems and compliance requirements, assisting with month-end reconciliations, coordinating payment workflows across departments, taking initiative in organizing schedules, and consistently arriving early to support team tasks.
According to the HR and Finance team, Lu’s early confirmation reflects not only her technical skills but also her reliability and attitude. Her ability to take ownership and lead within her scope of responsibility made her stand out.
